FAQs

  1. Some of our wines are sold by the case, others by the bottle. 6 bottles per case. 

  2. We try our best to ensure that we send the vintage you order. If the producer is out of stock, and we cannot find the wine anywhere else, we will contact you for instructions on whether to send a later vintage, or refund the order.

  3. All prices include VAT.

  4. Unfortunately we do not sell any wine outside of South Africa.

  5. We will endeavour to deliver your wine within 10 working days. If we suspect any delays, we will contact you immediately for instructions.

  6. Delivery is door-to-door countrywide.

  7. We guarantee a full refund on products purchased, no questions asked, and we will also collect the remainder of any pack and refund you in full for the product if you are unhappy with the quality, the service, or any aspect of your order.

  8. Even though we can take care to make sure all products arrive in the condition expected we unfortunately do experience breakages.

    Breakage policy - bottle: If you receive your wine and you notice that a bottle has been broken, please write this on the waybill you sign. Then please let us know how many bottles are broken (and which wine), and we will immediately put the appropriate amount back into your credit card or send you replacement wine.

    Breakage policy - case: in the very extreme case of the whole case being damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Then please let us know and we will get you a replacement asap.

  9. Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed and you have paid by Credit Card, a 10% service fee will be charged and deducted from the refund.

  10. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.

  11. All online credit card payments are processed by the PayGate Internet Payment. Card Holders may go to https://www.paygate.co.za/ to view PayGate security policies.
